A project by the Global Citizens Foundation
Overview
SickOfWaiting.org emerged as a citizen-led initiative promoted by the political party Por Un Mundo Más Justo (M+J), whose founding member then funded the Global Citizens Foundation. The movement denounced the EU member states' failure to fulfill their relocation and resettlement commitments for refugees, made in June 2015.
At its core, the project aims to foster global citizenship awareness, uniting individuals who identify as global citizens and are ready to actively build a fairer world.
